Since 2015, Magdalena has been passionate about teaching and inspiring students in both Bachelor and Master programs. Her courses and design studios have covered a wide range of topics, including sustainable design, reuse of materials, and the integration of information design methodologies. She encourages students to think creatively, shifting perspectives between individual materials or building components and the bigger picture of urban and regional contexts.
Beyond academia, Magdalena has also worked with professionals, organizing design workshops during her time at the NGO Zukunftsagentur Rheinisches Revier. Collaborations with other universities have helped her refine her teaching style to connect with diverse audiences.
Currently, Magdalena teaches in the Department of Technology at TU Delft, contributing to courses for both undergraduate students and professionals. She also supervises Master’s theses, guiding students to approach material selection and design holistically. Her teaching emphasizes aligning architectural concepts with practical tools and real-world constraints to create innovative yet feasible solutions.
